Making our fees affordable and fair

During your first session, we will use the scale  below as a basis for setting your fee at an affordable level. We are prepared to consider further adjustments if your financial situation limits your ability to pay.
Except in exceptional circumstances, we charge for missed sessions unless we receive a cancellation from you 24 hours prior.

If your counselling sessions are being paid for by an employer, or some other third party, our fee is generally $100.

If you are eligible for a WINZ- sourced Disability Allowance:

• We will take that payment as the full fee, and not charge a top-up fee.
• However, it is your responsibility with our help to arrange this Allowance with WINZ and generally we will ask you to make payments while waiting for this money to arrive in your account.
• Before WINZ will accept your application for help, your General Practitioner will have to counter-sign your application.
• We will never, however, disclose any details of your sessions
